The Day of Surgery

Recovery: Area-Specific Precautions
The inner thigh is a high-movement, high-moisture zone, so avoiding wide strides, squatting and leg-spreading movements in the first two weeks protects the suture line. A compression garment is worn for 4-6 weeks.

Realistic Expectations
A thigh lift clearly improves contour and resolves chafing — but the scar trade-off must be accepted. Pink and visible in the early months, the scar matures over 12-18 months.
